EG Electrical services completed our work. Excellent communication, gives advice and is thorough, we opted to follow reviews rather than look for costs and have to say after using other electricians in the past we wil go to Ellis in future. Excellent work well worth it.
Ellis was fantastic. He said he'd be with us for 8am and turned up bang on time. He was with us for a couple of hours and not only did he take his time to make sure the light changes I needed were done perfectly - he was also able to tackle a few additional electrical tasks we'd asked his advice on. I'd highly recommend EG Electrical Services, we're even looking to book him in for a second round of work later this month, but he's getting booked us fast! 🙂

Ellis has completed a variety of jobs for us after moving into a new flat, from servicing all of the electrics to fitting a new alarm system. He was very thorough and managed to find and fix faults in the electrics that were under the floors without causing any damage to our flooring. He completed multiple big jobs in a short period of time and was really efficient and explained everything he was doing at each step.
Ellis is really professional and friendly and gave us lots of advice and helped us keep the cost to a minimum as we'd just moved house.

Ellis came to fix a fault with our lighting at very short notice, he was polite, professional and very knowledgable. Would certainly recommend him and shall call upon him for all future electrical needs.
Ellis efficiently replaced two smoke alarms in my home. He scheduled the work in really quickly and did a fabulous job. He was very courteous and considerate. He even addressed a separate issue that we didn't even know we had. We are very happy repeat customers and will not hesitate to call him again when we need electrical work.
Ellis recently did some work for me and did a great job. I am very happy with his work and he picked some great fittings as I took his advice on some lighting. I have some future electrical work and Ellis will be the first person I call.

We used Ellis to replace our electric shower switch. He was friendly, prompt, professional, and responsive. We would use him again.
All of the above! This really is a case of 'you get what you paid for.' I come from an architectural background and if I was still operational, I would be recommending Ellis as a contractor.
Definitely recommend EG Electrical. We had a problem with a light wiring that two electricians couldn’t fix. It took Ellis no time at all to sort and has done quite a few other fittings which he did in two half days. Thoroughly pleased with his work.

When talking to Ellis I mentioned a couple of other issues that I needed someone to have a look at he said he would take a look, he fixed a telephone cable that had been pulled from the connection box and also replaced the light switch in the bathroom.

We recently had our property re-wired by EG Electrical Services. I can thoroughly recommend Ellis - nothing was too much trouble and he ensured disruption was kept to a minimum. This was whilst completing an excellent job, completed within the specified timescale. Make sure you use him - we're glad we did!
My thanks go to EG Electrical Services (and Ellis in particular) for a prompt, effective and efficient service. The work was performed to schedule, completed on time and of high quality. During a first job, Ellis identified serious issues with the way in which the electricity has been modified during a previous extension building (e.g. bare live wires left hanging in the loft) and came back rapidly to set this straight and upgrade the bungalow's electric system to current standards. When he had to cut power while I had to deliver an online workshop, he rigged up a temporary system so that I could continue working while he was performing the repairs and trusted me to bring his equipment back to him before he needed it for the next job. I cannot recommend him enough.
We recently had Ellis upgrade our electrical panel in preparation for an electric car charger installation and he was a a pleasure to work with.
